MONDAY, NOVEMBER 8TH THRU SATURDAY, DECEMBER 25TH from 11:00 am - 9:00 pm
MCKEESPORT KETTLES OUT
Two major locations: K-Mart, Routes 30/48 and Super Walmart, Route 30

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 12TH THRU SUNDAY, JANUARY 16TH (After Dark)
ECKERD CELEBRATION OF LIGHTS - THE SALVATION ARMY/WTAE-TV PROJECT BUNDLE-UP
Hartwood Acres, just off Saxonburg Boulevard - Call: 412-394-4849

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 14TH from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
SHARE THE WARMTH COAT DRIVE
Model Cleaners will be on hand at the 3WS Tailgate Party at the Hilton prior to the Steelers game. They will collect adult coats and in return supply the donor with gift coupons toward cleaning a coat and a free hot dog at 7-11. Model cleaners will then clean the donated coat for free and give it to The Salvation Army for needy adults in Allegheny County.

ALLEGHENY COUNTY KETTLE KICKOFF - CELEBRATE THE SEASON PARADE
The Salvation Army of Allegheny County kicks off its 1999 Christmas Kettle Season at the annual Kaufmann's Parade. Former Steeler Franco Harris is featured on the organization's float, accompanied by The Salvation Army's North York Temple Marching Band of Ontario, Canada.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 27TH at 7:00 pm 7:45 pm
THE SALVATION ARMY'S NORTH YORK TEMPLE BAND PERFORMS AT CENTURY III MALL
This 38-piece band will play holiday selections on the lower level near the Sears entrance.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 28TH from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Lighting of community Christmas tree, carol sing and Christmas message by Steel Valley Salvation Army Corps Commanding Officer, Captain Craig Haggerty.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 4TH at 7:00 am and 8:00 am
PPG TOY PROGRAM
This toy program, sponsored by PPG for 25 years will give more than 2,000 toys to needy kids in Allegheny County. Toys will be loaded from the PPG loading dock at 7:00 am and taken to The Salvation Army's Adult Rehabilitation Center, 44 South 9th Street for distribution to Salvation Army Corps at 8:00 am.

EDDIE EDWARDS TOYS FOR NEEDY KIDS DRIVE
Weeks of collecting new toys for needy kids in Allegheny County culminates at Monroeville Mall, lower level in the Lazarus Court. Plenty of fun and entertainment for the entire family.

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 8TH from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
73rd ANNUAL DOLLAR DROP AND CAROL SING
Mellon Bank II/Union Trust Building, Grant Street Volunteers from the State Treasury Department, the Pirate Parrot and the Pittsburgh Firefighters Local #1 hold a giant tarp while participants throw change from high above the rotunda into a giant kettle.

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 8TH THROUGH WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 15TH from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
ANGEL TREE(R) TOY WAREHOUSE
Building is at 325 32nd Street in the Strip District, corner of Liberty and 32nd Street Hundreds of volunteers help to organize a massive toy drive, serving 25,000 needy kids in Allegheny County. Gifts from the "Adopt a Family" program will also be distributed.

Those attending the game are asked to bring a new toy for needy kids in Allegheny County.

Participating Hotels are: Doubletree, 1000 Penn Avenue; Pittsburgh Hilton and Towers, Gateway Center; Holiday Inn-Select, 100 Lytton Ave, Oakland; Marriott City Center, 112 Washington Place; and the Westin William Penn, 530 William Penn Place.
