McSweeney’s Sorry to Bother You Auction!

Starting today, McSweeney’s will be auctioning off a number of props and costumes from Boots Riley’s 2018 hit film Sorry to Bother You, the screenplay of which was originally published in 2014 as part of McSweeney’s 48.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to own a piece of recent film history. There are original costumes worn by Cassius Green (Lakeith Stanfield), a custom-made soda can featuring art by J. Otto Seibold, a WorryFree Power Caller corporate manual, enormous signage designed for the film by J. Otto Seibold, one-of-a-kind T-shirts, a WorryFree hazmat suit, a ring worn by Detroit (Tessa Thompson), hats and eye patches worn by Mr. _______ (Omari Hardwick), and much more.
