Jessica Francis Kane is the author most recently of the novel Rules for Visiting, which was a finalist for the Bollinger Everyman Wodehouse Prize for Comic Fiction and longlisted for the Joyce Carol Oates Prize. Her first novel, The Report, was a finalist for the Center for Fiction’s First Novel Prize and her story collection, This Close, was longlisted for The Story Prize.
